PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER STATIONED IN ONE LOCATION AT YOUR EVENT (I.E. ENTRANCE PHOTOS, STAGED PHOTOS, STEP AND REPEAT PHOTOS, ETC.)
- OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS USE PROFESSIONAL-GRADE CAMERA EQUIPMENT.
- PHOTOS WILL BE PRINTED (HARD COPIES) ON-SITE ON EVENT DATE - SIZE TO BE DESCRIBED ON PACKAGE DESCRIPTION.
- PHOTOS WILL ALSO BE DELIVERED VIA PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERY POST EVENT.
- SANTA CLAUS IMPERSONATOR WITH WHOM YOU CAN TAKE PHOTOS.
LOGISTICS / SPECS / REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Shelter for Rain and/or Direct Sun Exposure (Tent or Overhead Cover)
Electricity: one (1) not shared standard Outlet within 25 ft.
Delivery and Set Up within County limits, 1 hour prior to our start/active time.
(Earlier set-up / load-in / arrivals - upon request - incurs idle time fees)
Access for LOAD-IN/OUT: Flat surface & ramp access required from curb-side to set-up location. If there are Steps or if lifting is required, please discuss with the reservation agent. (Additional Fees May Apply).
Parking Fees are not included in pricing. Recommended to be validated/reimbursed on-site.
